Warranty and Repairs

Kestia will repair or replace any manufacturing faults up to 1 year from your original date of purchase.  If we are unable to repair your item or it is deemed too expensive, then we will exchange it for an identical piece of jewellery where possible or a piece of an equal value, free of charge.
Please retain your receipt, or pass it onto the recipient if your item has been purchased as a gift as proof of original purchase.  Your receipt acts as your warranty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

This warranty does not include:-
.  General signs of everyday wear and tear including tarnishing.
.  Misuse or accidental damage.
.  Damage caused by chemicals (for example saltwater, chlorine or cosmetics).
.  Damage caused when our products have been worn in the shower or when bathing. 
.  Wear and tear of wear parts such as leather, ribbons and bead stringing.

Defective or Damaged Items
We endeavour to check and provide the highest standard of quality, but if in a rare circumstance your item is delivered defective or damaged or dispatched in error by us, we will refund the price of the item with any delivery charge.  Please return your damaged item and we will send it to our Repair and Service Team for an assessment.  You must return any defective or damaged item to us within 30 days of receiving it.  We will then contact you with our feedback regarding whether it is a damage covered by our warranty or if the damage was due to accident, misuse or wear and tear (please see our terms and conditions).  We can then  arrange repair or replacement at our earliest convenience if appropriate.  If not, we will confirm or provide a quotation for the relevant repair.  All returned items remain the property of Kestia Limited.  In the event that we are unable to replace with the exact same item, then an agreed alternative to the same or less value will be sent to you.  If the value of the replacement item is less than the original item, then the difference will be credited to the original card where payment was made.

Returns Policy
With online purchases, customers are legally entitled to cancel their order within 14 working days of receipt of their product and return for a full refund and in the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All purchases must be returned complete, where applicable, with any tags, in their original packaging and with the dispatch note/receipt.

Unfortunately, all items which have been engraved or are a special order, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or faulty.
For the reasons of hygiene, Kestia Limited is unable to accept exchanges or refunds for earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.
Postage can only be refunded for faulty or defective items.  Kesita Limited will only refund this postage, if the item has been posted and any other method used for returns will be at your own expense.  Unfortunately, Kestia is unable to refund any shipping costs from overseas and it is your responssiblity to ensure payment of any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.
Please ensure that the proof of postage is obtained from the post office prior to shipping as we cannot accept any responsilbity for any parcel lost in the post. 
As soon as all of the information required above has been received, a full refund will be provided for your item.  The refund will only be made to the original person who placed the order via the orignal method of payment.

. Engraved items or items ordered or altered at a customer's request.
. Earrings.
. Items not in original packaging with their relevant tags.
. Items not accompanied by a receipt/despatch note.
. Items which have been used.
. Items returned which are deemed to be damaged from misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear.

All items faulty or defective will not apply.
