Contracts
The description of the goods, services, price, currency, VAT and delivery costs are set out on the order page. The advertising of products on this site is an 'invitation to treat' meaning your order is an offer, and no contract of sale is formed between you and us until you receive the 'confirmation of order' e-mail. Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted once credit card authorisation has been confirmed. The acceptance of an order reflects current pricing, that stock levels have been checked or in the case of services, that we can offer the service you require. Once we accept your order, you shall pay the price for the goods or services plus VAT and delivery and any other costs specified on the order page and we shall charge your account for payment. Please keep your "confirmation of order" e-mail for your records. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the amount charged and we will notify you by e-mail. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts or services.
Legal Guarantee
In your capacity as the consumer, you may have legal rights under the national legislation for the sale of consumer goods. Your legal rights will be not be affected by our conditions of sale.

At Kestia, we are extremely vigilant, to ensure that each one of our products complies with its quality criteria and it has passed all quality control checks, both visually and technically. Our mission statement is so important to us, that we believe it is vital to ensure our product quality fulfils the same message.
Conditions of Return
Kestia products must be returned in a new and unused state.
Any personalized items purchased from Kestia, unfortunately, cannot be returned to Kestia for exchange or refund.
Please ensure the return of the original Kestia box and delivery packaging with any stickers and tags attached to the products. Unfortunately, failure to do so can entitle Kestia to withhold the value of this from the refund made to the customer or the refusal of products returned by the Gift Recipient.
All of the products returned remain the property of Kestia Limited. They will be subject to strict quality control by Kestia to ensure that returned products fall within these requirements.
If the returned item passes the quality control process, Kestia will then be able to proceed with a refund or exchange of goods, where applicable.
If returning orders where a Special Offer is applicable, free items must also be retuned otherwise the full value of the item will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Customers and Gift Recipients exchanges
An exchange may be mae for a product purchased on the Kestia Website for another Kestia product if the product to be exchanged complies with our Conditions of Sale.
If a product is returned in exchange for another item and the customer or gift recipient have complied with the Conditions of Sale, only the customer will be entitled to receive the refund where the product returned is more expensive than the item it is to be exchanged for. If the product returned is less expensive than the item it is to be exchanged for, the customer or gift recipient, where applicable, will be charged for the difference in price.
Eligibility of Purchase
Only individuals who have reached the age of majority, which is seen to be 18 years in most countries.
Only individuals who have a legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Only individuals who have a shipping address which Kestia ships to. There are some destinations and postal address not covered by Kestia and they are listed in the shipping section of our Website.
Accuracy of Pricing, Product Descriptions
Kestia strives to ensure accuracy of any information it places on its website, in any advertisement or catalogue. Kestia makes no guarantee, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of this information. Kestia does not confirm the price of a Kestia Product or service until a Confirmation of Order has been issued by Kestia, which will then indicate the existence of a binding sales contract. In the event that a Kestia product price is higher than that posed on the Kestia website, Kestia will contact the customer prior to the dispatch of the product, for further instructions. Kestia will reject the order and notify the customer in the event that instructions cannot be obtained, prior to dispatch of product.

Entire Agreement
The Conditions of Sale, including the policies incorporated, like the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you, the customer, and Kestia Limited, regarding the purchase of Kestia Products through the Kestia Website and supersede any prior conditions of sale.
If any provision of the Conditions of Sale are determined to be partially void or unenforceable by any court and for any reason whatsoever, it shall be void or unenforceable to that extent only and no further and the validity and enforceability of any of the other provision of the Conditions of Sale shall not be affected.
The Proof of Agreement
The Acknowledgement of Order and Confirmation of Order that is sent to you by either fax or by email are here deemed to have been received when you are able to access them via fax machine, computer, mobile or handheld device. The Acknowledgment of Order, Confirmation of Order and any automatic recording systems used by the Website will be proof of a binding agreement between you and Kestia.
The Kestia Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without reference to conflict of law provisions and with the exclusion of the Convention on the international Sale of Goods.
You may bring proceedings against Kestia in the courts of England, not in the country of your domicile. Without any restrictions to bring proceeding before a court, Kestia or the Customer will first make a reasonable effort for the period of 30 days to resolve amicably any dispute or failure to agree that may arise out of or relate to the product, the Conditions of Sale or any breach thereof.
